Basic Training

Welcome back to school Bulldogs! I know it has been a great summer but it is time to get back into the swing of things. Our first unit of the year will be Basic Training. During this 5 week unit you will learn the basic warm up exercise, different strength and endurance workouts, and how we run our cardiovascular program. We will also go over basic fitness principles, introduce you to the Sound Body Sound Mind Fitness Center and go over the Fitnessgram test.
